Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Human Resources Intern to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our organizations structure, employee engagement and hiring and nurturing recent talent.

Roles & Resposibilities
To conduct online interviews
To manage day to day HR operational activities and documentation
To work in close with other departments to work alignement
To coduct research to optimize on HR policies

Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Knowledge of HR policies and employee advantages
Personnel Management skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in the engineering industry
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹2,500.00 per month
