Production Supervision
Work under the direct guidance of the Production Manager to execute daily production plans
Supervise machine operators and assembly staff across production stages
Allocate work, track output targets, and report progress to the Production Manager
Ensure all SOPs are followed at each manufacturing stage
Coordinate with stores/purchase for raw material readiness
Log daily production data — output, rejections, downtime — into the PHE production software

Quality Control
Inspect incoming raw materials against engineering specifications and drawings
Conduct in-process quality checks at critical production stages referencing technical drawings




Perform final inspection and testing of finished heating elements before dispatch
Maintain QC records, rejection logs, and inspection reports in the PHE software
Flag non-conformances to the Production Manager and help implement corrective actions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Kalol, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
