Job Summary
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive who can effectively communicate with customers in both English and Hindi, generate leads, and ensure proper sales follow-up to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
Perform regular sales follow-ups with interested leads
Maintain daily call records and update customer details
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Build robust customer relationships through effective communication
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory):
Robust convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an added advantage

₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
