Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with government labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, POSH, and other applicable laws).
Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, perks, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, training, and talent development.
Maintain HR records, statutory documentation, audits, and HRMIS accuracy.
Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
Prepare HR reports, compliance reports, and management dashboards.
Partner with leadership to build a productive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
