Job Role
Deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to guests.
Take food and beverage orders with confidence and accuracy.
Recommend menu items and beverages while providing knowledgeable service.
Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams.
Ensure impeccable service standards throughout the guest journey.

Requirements:
Experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a fine dining restaurant is preferred.




Robust English communication skills are mandatory.:
Knowledge of wines and classic Italian cuisine is highly preferred.:
Well-groomed with a professional attitude and guest-first mindset.
Passion for hospitality and luxury service.
