Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement backend logic for loan creation, approval, disbursement, collection, and closure.
Integrate with financial services such as credit bureaus, banking APIs (e.g., ICICI, Razorpay, Paytm), and KYC services (e.g., DigiLocker, Aadhaar, PAN).
Implement business logic for EMI schedules, interest calculations, penalties, and foreclosure scenarios.
Handle field-level data, including location tagging, agent assignments, and visit logs.
Develop robust audit trails and transaction logs for all loan activities.
Ensure data consistency, transactional integrity, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., RBI, NBFC regulations).
Optimize services for performance, security, and reliability.

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
Robust understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Experience with payment gateways, API-based integrations, and webhooks.
Familiarity with field agent workflows, visit logging, and geo-tagging.
Working knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth2, JWT,



etc.
Proficiency with Git, Docker, and basic DevOps pipelines.

Soft Skills
Solid analytical and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering clean and secure code.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
