Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design
Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
Create 2D layouts, space planning, and 3D visualizations.
Prepare mood boards, material selections, and furniture layouts.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.
Sales & Client Management
Generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Conduct client presentations and explain design proposals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into sales.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution.
Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and client sales.
