Job Summary
We are urgently hiring Solar Engineers / Technicians for installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of solar power systems.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of Solar PV systems (On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid)
Module mounting, structure fixing, and DC/AC cable laying
Inverter installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting
Earthing, lightning protection, and electrical terminations
Site survey and basic load / capacity assessment
Preventive maintenance and breakdown support
Monitoring system performance and identifying faults
Ensuring compliance with electrical safety and site procedures
Freshers are encouraged to apply:
Basic knowledge of:
Solar modules, inverters, junction boxes
DC & AC cabling, earthing systems
Electrical tools and safety practices
Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
