Main Responsibilities:
Guide them to express their systemic diseases if any
Verification of case sheets from A Scan for medical advise, Blood sugar report and avoid unnecessary wait time of the patients
Crowd management during peak hours of counseling
Ensure the smooth functioning of cataract counseling in escorting, patient service etc.,
Ensuring patient records while receiving from A Scan, and correctness of the records while escorting.
Assess the patient wait time and make it as quality time by issuing pamphlets, leaflets etc.,
Reduce patient wait time through monitoring, assessing and avoid unnecessary waiting time
Self-motivation to sustain the momentum of spirit in the department would encourage the patients’ to listen
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
total work: 1 year (preferred)
Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
