Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute interior fit-out works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor day-to-day site activities related to civil and interior works.
Ensure project execution as per quality standards, timelines, and safety norms.
Prepare and verify BOQ, material requirements, and quantity estimations.
Conduct site measurements and prepare progress reports.
Monitor labor productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at site.
Resolve technical issues at the site and provide necessary guidance to the team.
Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and site records.
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
Experience in commercial, residential, corporate office, retail, multiplex, hotel, or hospitality projects will be preferred.

Carpentry & Joinery Works

POP/Gypsum Works
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of site execution, quality control, and billing.

Preferred Experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
