Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily assembly line operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
Allocate and manage manpower effectively.
Monitor product quality and reduce defects/rework.
Ensure adherence to work instructions and SOPs.
Conduct operator training and skill development.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
Monitor machine breakdowns and support quick resolution.
Maintain production, rejection, and downtime records.
Report daily production performance to management.
