Key responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair split AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, package units, and other HVAC systems.
Diagnose AC problems related to compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, thermostats, electrical components, and refrigerant systems.
Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and gas pressure checking.
Clean and maintain AC filters, coils, drain lines, blowers, and condensers.
Handle electrical maintenance, including switches, MCBs, contactors, relays, motors, and control panels.
Attend plumbing, pumps, lighting, and general facility maintenance issues.




Conduct regular preventive maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company maintenance standards.
Coordinate with external vendors/contractors when specialized repairs are required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
