Key Responsibilities
Brand Alignment & Execution:
-Implement and uphold Cratus’ brand positioning across all platforms and product categories (Nutraceuticals and Healthcare).
Ensure consistent messaging that reflects Cratus’ quality, trust, and mission of affordability.

Cross-Department Collaboration:
-Work closely with design, marketing, product development, regulatory, and sales teams to synchronize brand-related initiatives.
Serve as the communication hub - internally aligning tactics and externally liaising with vendors or partners.

Operations & Logistics Oversight:
-Assist with inventory management, product availability, and supply chain coordination to support seamless brand delivery.

Sales & Market Support:
-Support sales teams with materials, activations, and insights to achieve targeted reach and customer engagement.
Help monitor foundational metrics including availability, product movement, and feedback loops.

Marketing Support & Campaign Execution:
-Contribute to roll-out plans for marketing campaigns, both digital and offline,



that align with Cratus’ product lines and brand messaging.
Aid in organizing activities such as health camps, promotional events, or awareness programs.

Performance Monitoring & Insights:
-Track basic KPIs (product distribution, engagement, campaign outcomes).
Prepare concise reports for leadership with actionable observations to optimize brand execution.

What We’re Looking For
-1 to 2 years in brand support roles, marketing, operations, or related fields; preferably within pharma, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or D2C categories.
-Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Transparent written/verbal communication. A team-oriented spirit.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept in rapid-paced environments.
-Creative yet process-driven. A balance of pragmatic execution and brand sensitivity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
