Experience / Fresher
Patient Care:Provide hands-on care, including administering medications, changing dressings, and ensuring patient hygiene and comfort.
Monitoring & Assessment:Continuously monitor patients' conditions, vital signs, and overall health, and document observations.
Care Planning:Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Medication Administration:Administer prescribed medications, injections, and infusions according to instructions and protocols.
Assisting with Procedures:Prepare patients and assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and medical procedures.
Patient & Family Education:Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Collaboration:Work effectively with doctors, other nurses, and allied health personnel to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
Documentation:Maintain accurate and thorough patient records,



documenting all care, interventions, and patient responses.
Environmental Maintenance:Ensure a clean, safe, and well-equipped patient care environment.
