Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & Execution
Plan, build, and run social media campaigns end to end, from concept and calendar to launch and optimisation.
Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across internal teams and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track.

Content Ideation & Creation
Develop original content ideas and formats tailored to each platform and audience.
Work with designers and creators to produce posts, reels, stories, and other assets that fit the brand voice.

Community Management
Manage day to day engagement across platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on brand manner.
Nurture community growth and surface audience feedback that can shape future content.





Trendspotting
Track emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments, and translate them into relevant content and campaign prospects.
Monitor competitor and industry activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Reporting & Insights
Measure performance across channels and prepare transparent reports on reach, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations that improve results over time.

Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)
Set up, run, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, managing budgets, targeting, and creative testing.
Report on spend efficiency and return, and refine campaigns to hit performance goals.

Brand Consistency
Maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and messaging across every channel and touchpoint.
Act as a guardian of brand guidelines while finding creative ways to keep the narrative fresh.
