Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify client and contractor bills.
Measure quantities as per drawings and site execution.
Prepare RA Bills and final bills.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for billing documentation.
Maintain BOQ, billing records, and measurement sheets.
Reconcile work quantities and support project cost monitoring.
Ensure timely submission of bills and billing reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in residential and high-rise building construction.
Experience with contractor companies is mandatory.
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Valuable knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing procedures, and MS Excel.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
