Roles & Responsibilities:
Examine patients and diagnose malocclusions, jaw irregularities, and dental alignment issues.
Develop and execute personalized orthodontic treatment plans.
Perform orthodontic procedures including braces, transparent aligners, retainers, and other corrective treatments.
Evaluate dental records, X-rays, photographs, and digital scans.
Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments.
Educate patients on treatment procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care.
Manage orthodontic emergencies and complications.
Coordinate with general dentists and other dental specialists.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Follow infection control and clinical quality standards.
Requirements:
BDS with MDS in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Valid Dental Council registration/licensure.
Robust knowledge of orthodontic techniques and treatment planning.
Experience with braces, aligners, and digital orthodontics preferred.
Excellent communication and patient management skills.
