Key Responsibilities
Barista
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items.
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Operate the POS system and handle billing and cash transactions.
Assist with stock management and daily café operations.
Head Barista
Perform all Barista responsibilities.
Lead, train, and supervise the barista team.
Oversee daily café operations and staff scheduling.
Ensure consistent beverage quality and service standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Manage inventory,
ordering, and stock control.
Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and service teams.
Prepare daily sales reports and ensure efficient café operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or Head Barista in a café or coffee shop.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Leadership and team management skills (required for Head Barista).
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
