Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production and fabrication activities.
Manage manufacturing of heavy machinery, and industrial equipment.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and production schedules.
Monitor manpower, machine utilization, productivity, and material availability.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of production targets.
Maintain production reports and implement process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in heavy fabrication, heavy machinery or industrial equipment manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, engineering drawings, BOMs, and production planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
