Role Description

The Sales Assistant role at MediaDock is a full time hybrid position based in Palghar, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Sales Assistant will support the founders by managing client inquiries, client acquisition, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining sales records, lead generation and following up on leads.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings, updating the CRM system, assisting with customer service requests, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with colleagues across locations.
Prior experience in an entry-level sales, administrative, or customer support role is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
