MEP Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage MEP teams and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Plan and schedule preventive and planned maintenance (MEP PPM) works.
- Coordinate MEP activities with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and coordination of MEP works.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the required timelines.
- Ensure effective use and availability of MEP tools and equipment.
- Identify and address site issues to maintain smooth MEP operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision or maintenance.
- HSE certification preferred.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of MEP maintenance and PPM activities.
- Knowledge of MEP tools, equipment, and work practices.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
