Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who would be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services required by the organization. The role ensures timely availability of materials at the best possible price while maintaining quality standards and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies




- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid stock shortages
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve issues related to delays, quality, or discrepancies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors

What We Are Looking For:

1 – 5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, Strong negotiation and communication skills, Attention to detail and organizational skills . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with key decision-makers. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to grow in a competitive environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
