CELESTIUM BUSINESS GROUP is hiring a Telecalling Executive for its MaitriMilan Matrimony project in Akola.

The selected candidate will communicate with prospective customers and families, explain our matrimonial services, follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the registration process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads
- Explain MaitriMilan Matrimony services and membership plans
- Follow up with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information
- Maintain basic customer and lead records
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Encourage interested candidates/families to register




- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the team for customer onboarding

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
- Freshers can also apply

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
