Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities
- Create creative designs for printing, advertising and digital media.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, signboards and other promotional materials.
- Prepare artwork according to printing specifications and customer requirements.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are print-ready and accurate.
- Make necessary design modifications based on customer feedback.
- Maintain proper file organization and artwork records.
- Ensure correct sizes, colors, fonts, images and layouts before sending jobs for production.
- Coordinate with clients and the production team when required.
- Manage multiple design jobs while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage.
- Understanding of printing processes, CMYK, resolution, bleed and basic pre-press requirements.
- Good sense of typography, colors, layout and visual composition.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into effective designs.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under deadlines and as part of a team.

Experience in a printing press, advertising agency, signage or large-format printing environment will be an added advantage.
