Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routing, switching, and SDWAN.
- Design and implement network architectures using VLANs, WAN links, and other networking technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex network problems.
- Develop documentation for network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure network security by implementing access controls and monitoring system logs.

Job Requirements :
- Experience in network engineering, preferably as a Network Support Engineer.
- Knowledge of routing protocols, switching concepts, and SDWAN technology.
- Familiarity with network design principles and implementation methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, with a maximum of 8 years of experience.
