Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Telecalling & Online Sales to join our team in Tiruppur Taluka.

The candidate will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls and handling inbound customer enquiries.
- Generating new sales sources and new customer leads.
- Identifying potential buyers through telephone, online platforms, references, and market research.
- Handling and following up on IndiaMART enquiries and leads.
- Converting online enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Explaining products, prices, offers, and order terms to customers.
- Maintaining daily call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
- Updating customer information in Excel/CRM/call-tracking systems.
- Following up with old and current customers to generate repeat business.
- Coordinating with sales, production, packing, and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Handling customer queries and supporting post-sales communication.
- Preparing daily/weekly sales and call reports.
- Providing customer and market feedback to the management.




- Developing new sales channels and suggesting new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Sales, Customer Service, or Online Sales is preferred.
- IndiaMART experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART enquiries, leads, buyer messages, quotations, and follow-ups will be an advantage.
- Experience in new sales source development / new customer acquisition is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and English will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can communicate confidently with customers across different Indian states are preferred.
- Strong telephone communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to identify genuine leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business and online sal
