We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Travel Sales Professional with 3–5 years of experience in holiday sales. The ideal candidate understands customer needs, enjoys selling travel experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel enquiries from requirement understanding to booking closure
- Create and present customized holiday proposals, itineraries, and quotations
- Manage customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and consistently achieve sales targets
- Upsell relevant travel products, experiences, upgrades, and ancillary services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals




- Coordinate closely with Product, Contracting, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer data
- Follow defined sales processes and reporting mechanisms
- Stay updated on destination trends, airline offers, visa requirements, and travel regulations

Desired Candidate ProfileMust-Have Skills & Experience
- Background in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in Travel / Holiday / FIT / GIT Sales
- Strong destination and product knowledge, especially Middle East and Southeast Asia destinations
- Good understanding of holiday packages, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel experiences
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Robust customer service orientation with a customer-first mindset
