Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions across various functions, including leadership hiring, lateral hiring, and non-IT recruitment.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Kannada and Telugu speaking regions.
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding current hires.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality control.
- Proficiency in Kannada or Telugu language is essential.
