Position: Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveying:

• Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and calculate finishing quantities for high-rise building projects.

• Prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities) aligned with project requirements.

Budgeting & Costing:

• Develop and manage project budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.

• Analyze costs and recommend cost-efficient strategies.

Cost Monitoring:





• Monitor ongoing project costs to ensure adherence to budget.

• Track variances and recommend corrective actions.

Reconciliation:

• Reconcile construction materials such as steel, concrete, cement, tiles, etc.

RERA Compliance:

• Knowledge of RERA regulations and preparation of Architectural and Engineering Certificates.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for measurement and drawing interpretation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
