Job Summary

We are looking for SMRE (Service Marketing Relationship Executive) to join our Service Department at Kakkand. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, promoting service-related activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact existing customers regarding vehicle service and maintenance.

* Make service reminder calls and follow up with customers.

* Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and maintenance requirements.

* Generate service leads and encourage customers to book service appointments.

* Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Update customer details and call records accurately in the system.

* Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Service Team for customer requirements.

* Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.





* Support customer retention and increase repeat service visits.

* Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and service booking targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.

* Freshers can apply; experience in customer service, tele-calling, automobile, or sales will be an added advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.

* Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.

* Customer-oriented attitude with good follow-up skills.
