Role Summary:
We are looking for a Change Manager with robust ITIL-driven Change Management governance and hands-on ServiceNow Change Management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Change Management processes and governance.
- Perform risk and impact assessments for production changes.
- Lead CAB meetings and manage conflicting/high-risk changes.
- Enforce RFC, approval, compliance, and change policies.
- Handle unauthorized, emergency, and high-risk changes.
- Manage stakeholder escalations across multiple technology teams.
- Monitor change KPIs, failed changes, compliance, and conduct PIRs.
- Drive continuous improvement of Change Management processes.
