Role Description

The
Bioinformatics Intern
role is an on site internship position based in Hyderabad. Interns will contribute to computational workflows across different areas of AI driven drug discovery, including:

1. Testing and validating internal bioinformatics and computational biology tools
2.



Developing and improving features for AI driven drug discovery workflows
3. Working on computational workflows involving proteins, small molecules, RNA, and synthetic chemistry
4. Analysing biological, chemical, and structural datasets to support research and product development
5. Supporting the development and testing of recent computational methods and tools
6. Documenting workflows, analysing results, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of bioinformatics, computational biology, structural biology, or related fields
- Familiarity with biological databases, computational biology tools, and scientific data analysis
- Basic understanding of protein structure, molecular interactions, small molecule chemistry, RNA biology, or drug discovery concepts
- Exposure to computational methods such as molecular docking, molecular modelling, protein structure analysis, molecular dynam
