Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director/Director to join our Project Finance team, specializing in the Oil and Gas sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in originating, structuring, and executing complex project finance transactions for oil and gas infrastructure projects globally. This role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, risk analysis, deal negotiation, and a comprehensive understanding of the energy market dynamics. The Associate Director/Director will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading deal teams, and ensuring the successful closure of transactions while adhering to internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the origination and execution of project finance transactions within the Oil and Gas sector, including upstream, midstream, downstream, and petrochemical projects.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence for potential projects, assessing financial viability, risks, and returns.




- Structure complex debt and equity financing solutions, including senior debt, mezzanine finance, and export credit agency (ECA) financing.
- Prepare detailed credit applications, investment memoranda, and presentations for internal credit committees and external investors.
- Negotiate term sheets, financing agreements, and other legal documentation with clients, lenders, and legal counsel.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, deal structuring, and market research.
- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with key clients, sponsors, financial institutions, legal advisors, and industry participants.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the Oil and Gas sector to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
