Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Lead with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in core digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage client interactions. The candidate must be comfortable working from the office in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Email Marketing, and other paid channels.
Drive lead generation campaigns and maximize ROI through performance marketing strategies.
Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Prepare performance reports, insights,



and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients.
Coordinate directly with clients for campaign updates, performance discussions, and strategy planning.
Understand client requirements, identify business needs, and propose effective solutions.
Deliver customized digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and expectations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to implement innovative strategies. Ensure timely execution of campaigns and achievement of performance targets.

Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of core experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and analytics tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Robust client handling and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to understand client needs and provide strategic solutions.
