- Handle customer orders from development stage to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, sampling, quality and other departments.
- Follow up on samples, approvals, materials, trims and accessories.
- Prepare and maintain order details, T&A;, costing and production follow-up sheets.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed as per buyer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on raw materials, leather, lining, trims and packing materials.
- Communicate with buyers regarding order status, approvals, changes and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production progress and immediately highlight delays or issues to management.
- Ensure buyer specifications, quality requirements and delivery timelines are followed.




- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspections and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper merchandising records and order-related documents.
- Support shipment planning and coordinate with logistics for on-time dispatch.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
