Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end GeM portal operations.
- Register OEMs, sellers, and service providers on GeM.
- Upload and manage product catalogs, specifications, pricing, and compliance documents.
- Search and identify relevant government tenders, bids, and BOQs.
- Prepare and submit bids within deadlines.
- Handle Bid Participation, RA (Reverse Auction), and BOQ submissions.
- Coordinate with OEMs for authorization letters, MAFs, compliance documents, and pricing.
- Process Purchase Orders, invoicing, and order fulfillment through GeM.
- Track payments, PFMS status, and invoice reconciliation.
- Resolve GeM portal issues, vendor assessments, and buyer queries.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of GeM Portal.
- Tender analysis and bid preparation.
- Reverse Auction handling.




- BOQ preparation in Excel.
- Government procurement rules and compliance.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.

Networking, Servers, and Smart Classroom solutions, the GeM Expert should also:
- Identify IT infrastructure tenders across Central and State Government departments.
- Coordinate with OEMs for bid-specific pricing and authorization.
- Prepare technical compliance matrices.
- Manage consortium and OEM authorization documentation.
- Support post-order execution until payment realization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
