Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

who can turn ideas, stories and campaigns into engaging video content across digital platforms.

Role Overview:

We are looking for someone who can take video content from
raw footage to final output

, including editing, pacing, sound, transitions, subtitles, graphics and motion elements.

The role will primarily focus on short-form digital content such as reels, social media videos, campaign videos, educational content, interviews and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should understand that good editing is not just about transitions and effects it is about
storytelling, pacing, attention and communication.

What You'll Do
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form social media content.
- Edit campaign videos, brand videos, interviews,



educational videos and promotional content.
- Take raw footage and create polished, engaging final videos.
- Add motion graphics, animated text, transitions, subtitles and visual effects.
- Create solid openings and maintain viewer attention throughout the video.
- Edit content according to different platform formats and requirements.
- Work with scripts, briefs and storyboards to develop the final edit.
- Select appropriate footage, music, sound effects, graphics and visual elements.
- Perform basic colour correction, audio cleanup and sound balancing.
- Create multiple versions and formats of videos for different platforms.
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.
- Work with content and design teams on campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Keep up with current video formats, editing styles and social media trends.
- Organize raw footage, project files, assets and final outputs properly.
