About the RoleAt PhiEDGE, you won't just sell software you'll transform how India's most ambitious companies hire, grow, and retain their people. Our AI-powered Hire to Retire HRMS is built for organizations of 300–5,000 employees and delivers real business value, not just HR efficiency. We're looking for a consultative seller who can build pipeline from scratch, win complex deals, and create clients for life.
What You'll Do:
- Build and convert pipeline through events, networks, and channel partners — targeting mid-to-large enterprises in your city
- Identify the right decision-makers (HR, Finance, CXO) and sell the business value of the platform, not just features
- Deliver compelling, tailored demos that make prospects feel the ROI before they sign
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence; structure agreements that work for both sides
- Nurture client relationships post-sale to drive referrals, renewals, and account expansion.





Note :The candidate will have to spend 3 to 4 weeks at HO -Pune before being deputed to the region.The candidate will work remotely
Who You Are?

1. MBA with experience of B2B sales, preferably SaaS, HRTech, or enterprise software
2. Proven track record of consultative selling in mid-market or enterprise segments
3. Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles and complex negotiations
4. A natural networker who turns contacts into pipeline and clients into advocates
5. Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable owning a geography end-to-end
