Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Home Loans to drive home loan business across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, developing channel partners, generating new business, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business associates.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive home loan sales and business growth across the assigned region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, property dealers, brokers, and other channel partners.
- Generate new leads through direct sales, referrals, builders, and channel partners.
- Monitor the complete home loan sales cycle from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.
- Ensure proper follow-up on customer documentation, verification, sanction, and disbursement.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.




- Track competitors, market trends, interest rates, and customer requirements.
- Review team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/NHB guidelines, and internal lending procedures.
- Handle escalated customer and channel-partner issues.
- Conduct regular field visits and support the team in closing high-value cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Housing Finance / Mortgage Sales.
- Robust experience in team handling and regional sales management.
- Good knowledge of home loan products, credit processes, documentation, and disbursement.
- Strong DSA / builder / broker / channel partner network.
