Role & responsibilities
- Manage overall hotel operations and profitability.
- Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Drive revenue, occupancy, and cost-control targets.
- Manage and develop hotel staff and departmental heads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and statutory standards.
- Handle guest concerns and operational challenges effectively.
Preferred candidate profile
Hotel management qualification with solid leadership and hotel operations experience.
