Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP shop drawing preparation, review, and approval cycles & BOQ Preparation
- Identify and resolve clashes between MEP services and architectural/structural elements
- Track approval status (R1/R2/R3 rounds) for HVAC, electrical, fire/PA, plumbing packages, Medical and escalate bottlenecks
- Liaise with vendors/contractors on technical queries and specification compliance
- Support BOQ/tender teams with technical clarifications on MEP scope
- Maintain an approval tracker across all open MEP packages on assigned project(s)

Preferred candidate profile
- 5 years of experience in MEP design coordination & estimations, preferably on hospital/healthcare or large institutional projects
- Strong understanding of MEP discipline (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire/life safety) with working knowledge of the others




- Comfortable reading and marking up GA/shop drawings (AutoCAD exposure preferred)
- Experience managing multi-round drawing approval cycles with consultants
- Clear written and verbal coordination skills will interface with consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Prior hospital/healthcare project experience is a strong plus
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) or Diploma with solid MEP design coordination background
