Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Liaisoning who will be responsible for managing government and statutory liaisoning activities, obtaining required approvals and licenses, and maintaining robust relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong government connections, excellent networking skills, and hands-on experience in liaisoning and regulatory compliance, preferably within the hospitality, F&B;, retail, or real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end liaisoning with government departments and statutory authorities.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant government officials and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate for licenses, permissions, NOCs, approvals, renewals, and statutory requirements.
- Handle liaisoning related to new outlet/store openings and ongoing operations.
- Coordinate with local authorities for municipal, police, fire, labour, health, excise, and other applicable approvals.
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of licenses and statutory documents.
- Resolve regulatory and operational issues through effective coordination with authorities.
- Maintain proper records and trackers for all approvals, licenses, renewals, and applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies for regulatory matters.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of approvals, pending matters, and potential risks.
