CBG SUBSIDY & GOVERNMENT LIAISON EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage subsidy documentation, applications, compliance, and government coordination for CBG (Compressed Biogas) projects.

? Position: CBG Subsidy & Government Liaison Executive

? Location: Baner, Pune

? Experience: 3-4 Years

? Industry: CBG / Renewable Energy / Bioenergy

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end documentation for CBG subsidy/incentive applications

• Prepare, compile, verify and submit required documents

• Coordinate with government departments, agencies and other stakeholders

• Track subsidy applications, approvals, queries and disbursements

• Handle clarification requests and ensure timely submission of additional documents

• Maintain proper records of applications, correspondence and approvals

• Coordinate internally with project, finance, technical and legal teams

• Monitor applicable government schemes, guidelines and documentation requirements

• Ensure compliance with applicable subsidy conditions and timelines





• Follow up regularly with concerned authorities until closure

What We're Looking For

✅ Prior experience in government subsidy / incentive documentation

✅ Experience with CBG, biogas, renewable energy or infrastructure projects will be highly preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of documentation and government processes

✅ Excellent follow-up and coordination skills

✅ Valuable command of MS Excel, Word and other documentation tools

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Ability to independently manage multiple applications and deadlines

Preferred

Experience dealing with CBG-related government schemes, subsidy/incentive programs, project approvals or government authorities will be a strong advantage.
