Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, order processing, customer communication, and sales-related administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales-related documentation, records, and data entry.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer orders, quotations, invoices, and dispatches.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update customer and order information in Excel/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, payments, dispatches, and other requirements.
- Follow up with internal departments such as Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of sales orders, quotations, invoices, and customer details.




- Support the sales team in preparing quotations and other commercial documents.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely follow-up.
- Perform other back-office and sales-support activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Back Office Sales, Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive numerical and analytical ability.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in a manufacturing/trading company will be an added advantage.
