Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,000 per month
Main responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/air-conditioning, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
- Maintain electrical panels, lighting, generators, UPS, pumps and other utility equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance problems.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment quickly.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists and service records.
- Follow electrical, fire and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors/vendors for major repairs.
Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
- Electrical licence is preferred.
- Relevant maintenance experience is preferred.
