Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 5–6 years of experience to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, analytics, lead generation, and modern AI-powered marketing tools.

The candidate should be comfortable using AI to improve marketing research, content creation, campaign optimization, customer engagement, and overall marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, and audience analysis.
- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Create and optimize marketing content including blogs, landing pages,



social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copies.
- Use AI tools to generate, optimize, personalize, and analyze marketing content and campaigns.
- Use AI-powered tools for market research, customer insights, competitor analysis, content ideation, automation, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, conversions, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for advertisements, landing pages, content, and campaigns.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, AI tools, platforms, and growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing automation and improve customer acquisition and retention processes.
