Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing influencers, executing campaigns, negotiating collaborations, and building strong creator relationships.

The role is ideal for someone passionate about influencer marketing, social media, beauty, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers, creators, talent agencies, and industry partners.
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Manage both paid and barter collaborations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close influencer partnerships within approved budgets.
- Create campaign briefs aligned with brand objectives and product launches.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content delivery as per brand guidelines.
- Track campaign deliverables, performance, and prepare campaign reports.
- Monitor social media trends,



viral content formats, and emerging creators.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams on integrated campaigns.
- Support PR initiatives by coordinating with agencies, media partners, and influencers when required.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, PR, or Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Digital Agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the influencer and content creator ecosystem.
- Experience managing paid collaborations and barter partnerships.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Content writing and campaign copywriting.
- Knowledge of social media
