Position Overview

The Senior Store Manager will oversee end-to-end store operations, inventory management, and material supply chain for fabrication and manufacturing projects. This role ensures timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods to support production lines and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished products (anti-skid platforms, grip strut, ladders, scaffolding, formwork, weapon parts).
- Material Procurement: Coordinate with purchase and project teams to ensure timely procurement and supply of materials for ongoing projects (toll plaza, bullet train, etc.).
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods; ensure proper handling and safety compliance.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain GRN, issue slips,



stock registers, and ERP entries; ensure adherence to statutory and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train store staff for efficient operations, accuracy in records, and timely reporting.
- Coordination: Liaise with production, quality, and project teams to align material availability with project timelines.
- Audit & Reporting: Conduct periodic stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare MIS reports for management.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
