Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
-Achieving exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific strategies to meet business targets.
-Responsible for developing driving sales plan for the region.
-Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the channel
-Responsible for building capabilities to sell multiple products/cm, across locations
-Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
-Explore and identify new sourcing avenues, to increase penetration in data
-Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher revenue per employee.
-Work on key sales metrics to improve field
-Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams.
-Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation engagement to drive results high levels of employee satisfaction.
-Ensure pricing,



business process policies are in organizations best interest.
-Responsible for the quality of business acquired/portfolio, work closely with risk credit teams to take necessary corrective actions.
-Drive passion to build winning teams.
-Initiate process improvement measures to ensure better productivity leading to superior customer experience
-Measure productivity and implement training measures to bridge the gap between the actual achievement and the KRAs defined by the management.
-Responsible to deliver on the goals of customer and employee satisfaction.
-Own and drive Branch Profitability. Travel across locations to lead from the front and engage teams
-Own collections of Gold/RDL portfolio.
Required Qualifications and Experience
"Should be an MBA/Post Graduate.
Should have 6+ year of experience in lending business with ideally 2-3 years in managing finance products in multiple market setting.
Should have demonstrated excellent track record in
