WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Drive B2B and direct sales of VisionSure products and offerings across India.
- Generate leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and field sales.
- Own the complete sales cycle prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Identify new customers, markets, and channels to drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and convert prospects into customers.
- Take ownership of how VisionSure products are sold and experiment with different sales approaches.

REQUIREMENT
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B/direct sales, with mandatory experience in selling to or through insurance brokers/intermediaries. Experience in insurance, insurtech, healthcare, wellness, employee perks is preferred.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and new business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.




- Highly target-driven, persistent, and commercially minded.
- Comfortable working independently and building a pipeline from scratch.
- Solid ownership mindset with the ability to figure out what to sell, whom to sell to, and how to sell.
- Willingness to travel across India for sales and client meetings.
